Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the coffee was below average, the desserts were mediocre, and the customer service needs improvement. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order despite the café not being busy, and we had to remind staff about it. When the order finally arrived, it was mixed up anyway. The water glasses were also dirty. Overall, not a great experience, especially considering how quiet it was.
Super aesthetic cafe, the coffee is absolutely the best on O’Connell street! Very nice looking pastries in the cabinet as well. Does get quite busy sometimes with large brunch groups, sometimes they run out of chairs as there are only 2 allocated per table (good problem to have though)
Nice customer service, beautiful location, lots of pastry selections and yummy coffee, also a store inside the cafe which selles beautiful clothes, shoes and homeware
