This was my mother's second day there and they're already telling me that I have to arrange a phone call with her. And when she was out somewhere else, she could call me anytime she wanted so I don't think that's right, I'm the only daughter she has. And a lot of things have happened to her in the last year, so I'm not happy with this retirement home at all. It's a bad review all across
