Staff here are very rude and unprofessional they don’t even greet you nor make you feel comfortable and the lady that draws blood in the back has a very nasty demeanor as if you did something to her
Had to call 3x to confirm appointment time as phone rang endlessly the first 2 before disconnecting me. Came in for a scheduled 230 follow-up appointment. Waited over an hour to be called with a near empty waiting room. While in the waiting area two people decided it would be the perfect time to eat the loudest known snacks from their vehicle with the front desk not addressing it. Front desk also seemed to be purposely turning individuals away from care stating a nearly 2 hour wait with 2 people in the waiting area.
The worst meanist rudest from desk staff, staff manager is also awful.
The brown haired lady sitting in the front was acting like she didn’t want to greet me or speak to me when i came in . I arrive and occupational health is closed from 12-1pm & it doesnt even state it on the website or anything . JUST TERRIBLE !
Went for a physical and drug screening for a new job. Eric was exceptionally welcoming and kind. Eric went as far a making me a caramel macchiato so I could void. St Mary’s has a true gem of an employee. Eric is a complete asset!
