The only problem with this credit union is the exit route onto a busy street
Why do you have your hours as open on Saturdays online when you’re actually closed. Very inconvenient.
*updated* 11/04/24 I wanted to add the stars for this branch since I had it at an unfair rating trying to get someone's attention. A manager did contact me, but I didn't end up speaking with them. Idk what I expected them to do. I just want SLCCU to have quality control over their customer service when you call and at the branches. I am still hoping that girl at the Chippewa location is fired. I drove to the forest park bank which has a broken ATM and this branch which has NO ATM needless to say Ill NEVER do business with this institution that completely wastes its customers time and fuel
I am so thankful and pleased with the staff at this location I had so many questions and the staff were patient and answered my questions. I even opened up some account that I wasn't aware of. Thanks STLCCU
