THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE KEPT TELLING ME THAT THE ITEM IS COMING FROM ITALY, THEN THEY SAID THE ITEM IS IN NJ AND IT WILL BE MAILED OUT SOON AND FINALLY TODAY THEY SENT ME THIS. IT'S BAD BUSINESS. THEY LIED TO ME. ANOTHER E-MAIL THIS MORNING ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE ITEM HAS NOT EVEN LEFT THE ITALY FACLITY.
