Very professional office staff and kind. The place is sanitary and ultra clean. I did end up with a infection after bariatric surgery and ended up back in the hospital fighting for my life. Would I do it again? No I would not, make sure you do your homework before getting surgery. 3 stars for the staff, but the surgery is not worth the risk in my opinion. I did change my life but the cost was higher than expected and I will live with this mistake the rest of my life.

I am currently in the weight management program, no surgery. I cannot say enough kind and incredible words for Gina and Erin! The encouragement and support provided by them as well as the front desk staff is amazing. I would recommend this program to anyone. Also, an added bonus I was told this week the weight management program will no longer cost $60 a month! No monthly program fee at all! So thankful for everyone and everything!

I was told to be here by 730 and was early. Had to stand at a locked door until 735 then the initial lady was rude. I completed paperwork as requested and she talked to me as if my comprehension was off. The next lady that completed the my check in dry energy. But Adria was extremely nice and very informative. Getting a surgery is scary in itself so the last thing you want in these first steps are people being rude. Smh but thank u Adria and Dr.Knapp for being the nice part of my first visit
