MONTHS AGO WE HAD A WATER LEAK. THE GUY CAME OUT TO READ THE METER AND FOUND IT GOING NUTS. HE TURNED THE WATER OFF. WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME WHAT HAPPENED AND I CALLED OUR MAINT. GUY. HE CAME OVER AND FIXED THE LEAK. THE WATER WAS NOT TURNED BACK ON UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. THEN WHEN I GOT A BILL FOR OVER $500.00 DOLLARS WE CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE US A LEAD ADJUSTMENT SINCE WE HAD NEVER HAD ONE. THAT MADE THE BILL ABOUT 262.00. The water Service is exceptional. The personel are polite and respond respond quickly to request/complaints. I recommend that the company join the 21st century, and institute electronic bill payment. Bill Cotton

I have to say...it was better water. .than where I live now..wish you run this up here...

I agree with an earlier post... SEIWA needs an online billing portal. I am a college student and don't travel that way often. I hate writing checks because of the time it takes to clear my bank. Love the company, but needs an update.

Wednesday 3:30pm and every time I call sends me to answer machine. answer machine don't say anything, just noise and then a beat. they need to fix that problem. other than that everything is fine.
