I do not recommend st Claire mental health unit. Terrible, solitary confinement is still used in this facility and patients can see the dark 4x6 room as they walk in the hall. That is abuse, a visual threat, which dampers the rehabilitation of mentally ill patients. The therapist John Walker, LCSW made sure to tell our small group all about it, he needs to retire.
