My mum has been at St Cecilia's almost two years now. I live abroad and have just visited mum again and I have to say that she receives excellent care. The staff are amazing with her and all the other residents. It puts my mind at rest when I don't live nearby and they organise video calls so that I can speak to and see my mum regularly. Keep up the good work!
The Staff are supportive and caring to residents, making a wonderful place to live. they also ensure visitors and made welcome.
The care my dad received there was great. He was happy there. He liked all the carers. It was nice knowing he was being well cared for. The patience the staff showed towards the residents was amazing. The food was exceptional also. Dementia is hard to watch a loved one experience but the staff made it bearable for us as a family just knowing dad was well looked after and safe. Thank you all - you are all wonderful. Sadly dad has just recently passed away. But the staff followed my wishes of his ongoing care until he passed �... read more
