Ordered an item only for it to arrive two weeks late. I refused and sent back the item unopened, in New condition. Despite this I was Not provided a refund. I paid to ship the item back and Sailrite refused to refund my money in full for the item I bought that arrived late. This is disgusting. I wrote sailrite about why I received a partial refund for a New unopened returned item. Sailrite never replied to me nor provided an explanation for why they stole my money. An anomaly in this day and age, customer service that is real.About two years ago, I purchased a sailrite fabricator sewing machine to use in my leather business/hobby. I’m able to see much heavier leather than before with my baby lock machine (great for lightweight). There is a learning curve, however, and I’ve had some struggles always manageable with sailrite service.
