Customer service is A+++++ Super fast shipping, endless availability of a huge selection of quality products. Their comprehensive tutorial videos are top notch for the DIY’er! I definitely recommend Sailrite.
Decided to update my sewing machine and am thrilled with the Fabricator. Better than the machine is a staff that supported my decision-making process, and every issue or concern I had in setting up the machine. Clearly these folks are as interested in what happens going forward with my sewing efforts as they were in selling me the right machine.
Sailrite is THE BEST! Their products, tutorials, and customer service are UNBEATABLE. I am, and will remain a very loyal customer!
Their sample prices and shipping charges are outrageous. Works out to 6$ per sample. I contacted customer service bc, this is outrageous to ask 12$ of spending before buying a couple 23$ rolls of fabric. customer service was useless to getting samples out. I wouldn't shop this online store, go local instead, this is too scammy. No one charges 6$ea for colour samples, they're really not trying to show their product when they're trying to profit on colour samples. Amazing customer service!!! I recently acquired an older second hand Sailrite Stitch Master machine and servo motor and was worried that I would have to jump through hoops to find the parts I needed for it such as a table, belt etc. But no such problem, I reached out to Sailrite customer service and they pointed me to the exact products I needed as well as informing me on how to know if parts fit my machine in the future!! Can’t say enough about how helpful they were and how much time and trial and error they saved me!
