I had a scheduled pickup, but they made me wait an hour and a half because they were busy partying. The guy in charge showed up drunk to check the paperwork, and it took them three whole hours just to load a golf cart into the truck. I’ve never seen anything this pathetic in my life. And to make things worse — none of them spoke English. I had to wait until they brought in an employee who actually understood it. Absolutely disgusting, shameful, and infuriating experience.
