THE BEST service I have had in years. Communication was top notch. We had challenges to work through with the origination and these guys came through in the clutch. Also worked through delivery at the destination that had hills and loose dirt. 5*+ rating, use them for sure!
This company is laughable, when fully staffed you’ll get days off because of little freight. Big company can’t make a dent in western SD. If you make decent money where you’re at don’t bother coming here, it’s just smoke and mirrors. Also they love adding extra charges after the fact deceptive freight charges beware.
I own a small chemical company in Rapid City SD and have had a couple of other freight companies deliver my products, only to find that they are rude and not easy to work with. Saia coming to town was a game changer. The manager Jake and drivers Andrew and Dakota are great to work with and eager to help.
