SAIA is worthless. Absolutely disgusted in their shipping operations. They were late with the order after loosing the trailer twice, they lied about when it would arrive so myself and other workers waited for no reason and received no phone call about the delay even though they had everyone's phone number and 3 separate people on the same day said the trailer was on its way and be there by 4pm.
