I have been trying to have a $3k wooden front entry door shipped through this company since February. Every single time it comes damaged. The manufacturer sends it in a huge cage like pallet and every time, this shipper sends it removed from the pallet and upside down. It comes with the frame all jacked up, the threshold broken, and big gashes in it. One even came with a fork lift dent in it. They also always remove the accessories it’s supposed to be shipped with. On-line order shipped by Saia from FL to MT, not a big pallet but treated with care & arrived early & in same condition as it left... They called to inform me of delivery & we worked it out for me to stop by the terminal to pick it up instead... better for both of us... thank you...
