Was supposed to have delivery of 2 pallets on Friday. Upon delivery one of the two pallets was missing. How do they not check pallets before they load & drive off. Now I don’t have my stuff on time & have no clue when the 2nd pallet will be delivered. HORRIBLE!!!!
Had a terminal drop off shipment on 10/10/2024. Received excellent service from manager Courtney and his team. He even called me to make sure I was still coming by. I built my two pallets in my Uhaul Truck near the forklift ramp. Driver was also very courteous. The terminal was very clean and yard well kept. You could tell that the manger, Courtney took pride in doing a good job for his customers.
