Original quote quadrupled in their payment portal with no reasonable explanation after the freight was picked up. Very shady bait and switch! Extremely poor customer service...avoid this company at all costs!
They were supposed to call 30min prior to drop. Guy called right when got there. So I sent my wife out to sign and he said she couldn't sign i had to and had 10min to get there or he was leaving. So I rushed home. Got there and he just left the 300 pound pallet on the sidewalk. I was standing g there and was like dude can you use your jack and move at least up to the garage. He was like no and loaded up and drove off 🤣
You guys were really mean your service was I can’t say it was so horrible. I’m my dad used to work there. He quit so yeah.
