I had a great experience with this shipping company. They called and scheduled my delivery appointment but come to find out I was able to pickup my shipment 2 days early at there terminal. It was a blessing to have my shipment in only 2 days total right before a big storm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was top notch from my experience. Keep up the good work guys. !!!

SAIA went above and beyond all my expectations.l ordered a swing set for my son for Christmas and thought that it would not be here in time but the driver was really professional and got it here . Thank you

We had a delivery from SAIA today with one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional drivers that I have encountered in a while. The driver arrived with a bad attitude and it was evident in his lack of service and the way he spoke to his customer. Anything we asked, he could or would not do until challenged or told it was done by previous drivers. We had to refuse the delivery because he refused to put a lift gate on my dock. I gave l2 stars because the truck was clean.
