This is a debacle of a shipping company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their company has absolutely not communication with their customers or their drivers and have no control of what is being done. They received an hvac unit at their station and it showed it was delivered. They never notified me saying if it reached the intended destination or not. I had to call them multiple times to figure out what delivered meant and all it meant was that it reached their station. Then they told me I need to schedule the delivery... read more

Shoutout to the driver on I-95 North going through NC. Absolutely professional and safe driver. He helped me get through the scary construction areas of NC.
I had a great experience with this shipping company. They called and scheduled my delivery appointment but come to find out I was able to pickup my shipment 2 days early at there terminal. It was a blessing to have my shipment in only 2 days total right before a big storm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was top notch from my experience. Keep up the good work guys. !!!
