Extremely poor customer service and concerning scam-like behavior. Have made numerous attempts to receive my delivery, with little response from "customer service" so they can delay further and tack on more fees. Stay away and use any other vendor.
Saia has been one of the most reliable freight carriers I’ve worked with. Their drivers are professional, on time, and handle shipments with real care. Every delivery I’ve had has arrived in great condition, and their tracking system is accurate and easy to follow. Customer service is also excellent—they actually pick up the phone, answer questions, and are willing to go the extra mile to fix anything that comes up.
Saia Freight has been really dependable every time I’ve used them. The drivers are professional, my freight always arrives on time, and customer service is easy to work with. Everything runs smooth from pickup to delivery. Also, I wanted to ask are y’all actually closed on Saturday? I keep seeing Saia trucks operating on Saturdays, so if you are open, what are your Saturday hours?
Worst Company ever, avoid them. Very unprofessional. They kept changing my delivery dates and didn’t communicate to me. Called with a random number and left no message
