Arturo Vasquez was such a great and accommodating delivery, everything arrived perfect and went out of his way to help. 10/10
They said they would deliver on Friday and then I waited at my shop all day and their delivery window time kept changing and then out of no where destination changed to the local freight hub call customer service for estimate delivery. We called first thing this morning to let them know we are picking up the package. They said it was on a truck to deliver today between 3–6. We said BS. Told them we would pick it up ourselves since we needed it like yesterday. No issues with Pick Up at will call.
I am not happy with this company at all. They do not pay attention to the driver at all. I arrived at 7:30 am. It is now 1:58 pm. I was the first person to check in between dock 69 and 77, I'm still waiting it's 2:00 PM now . I went to the office and said it was my turn. I was before two drivers. The lady said, "What should I do?" I gave the bill of lading to the forklift officials. You can ask them. I came to ask them. They didn't even look at me. This is really not fair.
