I had a delivery of two pallets of flooring - 50 boxes. The delivery driver James was the absolute best! He was friendly, personable, and quickly completed the delivery. When one hiccup occurred, he was quick to problem solve and was amazing in figuring out a solution and get it done! Thank you, James!!
Fairly easy in and out
I have a delivery that they scheduled themselves without saying anything and their delivery times are when I'm at work. I called them just to end up telling me theres no later time windows for delivery. so I take time off work using PTO for the sake of the delivery... firstly, the delivery didn't happen during the time window they promised (WASTING MY PTO) secondly the delivery window changed to a much later time that day (so they had later time windows refused to acomodate me) LASTYLY...
