No longer able to take a few hours to nap in the side lot before moving to an overcrowded truck stop.
Rude and unresponsive. Operations does not read the shipping notes. Drivers show up hours early, drop a pallet in the middle of the driveway and leave. Furthermore, they leave rude messages and texts.The company needs to revamp their operations and customer service methods, review systems, and learn to read shipping docs.
Always friendly staff, yard jockeys helpful when u need them, very nice personnel, nice place to pick up loads
