I had my delivery scheduled for 12-5PM. As of 5PM, no delivery and no call or email to tell me they are running late. Website now says 6-9PM when I try to track the package. Calling them is near impossible. I tried at least 10 times and was disconnected after being on hold about 5 min each time. Finally got through to someone and being told 5-7PM now with no explanation of what happened to my 12-5PM window. Put me on hold to get a more precise time and disconnected me after another 3-4 min being on hold. Awful experience all... read more

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Saia picked up the wrong freight (I guess they don’t check paperwork) and it has been a month of totally up in the air communication. We are eager to have a direct line of communication and reassurance they are correcting and expediting their mistake

Well organized, easy in and out, they have a restroom
