Absolutely the worst. They evidentially cant manage to traverse their pickup area.
Do not use Asis LTL Freight. They will literally drop a package worth $2k outside your building on a Friday afternoon with no signature from any employee and let it sit outside all weekend in the rain.... There are many other freight companies out there that actually care, save yourself some problems and don't use SAIA!
paid extra for the delivery person to put my vending machine where its supposed to go. he showed up an hour late, left in in front of my door and when i asked for help to move it inside he said "i have a schedule to keep" then proceeds to sit in his truck in front of my business for half an hour.
What a disaster! What uncaring jerks! They do not get the concept of an appointment time or even appointment window. Dishonest and tried to trick our on site person into signing so they could leave without allowing us to inspect for damage. (( edit.... We had a chance to follow-up with the manager who was very apologetic and assured us that this was not how the company wanted to do business, he seemed truly bothered that the company treated us the way they did. So I softened my review slightly))
