I'm giving them 2 stars because the staff was friendly and they delivered the pallets I shipped. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. My shipment arrived with significant damage, and I was also charged nearly double the quoted price through additional fees. When I disputed these extra charges, the process was frustrating and time-consuming. Very nice facility here at Metro Airport. Fun atmosphere for the families that were invited to celebrate the success of being new to the area.
They will give you a good price and ship for you than change that price to force you pay more
