Amazing terminal with top notch dispatching. Always a pleasure to visit these professionals in LTL and in human relations!!!
I had an 8 pallet shipment that I had set up for pickup early in the morning. At 4:50 pm when I called to see when the truck would arrive, the dispatcher told me that he could not get a truck to the area, and that the pickup would not happen. I did not receive a phone call or email that my pickup would not happen, until I called at 4:50 pm, and the dispatcher didn't really care. Poor customer service!
