Insisted on making a copy of my driver's license in order to pick up my delivery. This is a totally unnecessary security risk to their customers. The used my license to verify my identity - that should have been good enough to allow me to pick up my delivery. In hindsight I should have had them return the package because I could have just picked it up myself directly from the vendor.
Terrible experience...called, received a quote for services. Accepted quote, scheduled pick up. Once pick up was made, an additional fee was added to the quote when I went pay the invoice. I paid the higher amount. Then 3 weeks after pick up was made, my company received ANOTHER bill from SAIA, nearly 50% of what the initial quote stating this needs to be paid.
