I canceled my order solely because of Saia's delivery process. Saia was scheduled to deliver a 100-inch television purchased through Best Buy/BrandsMart USA. Despite my contact information being updated with the retailer before the order was placed, Saia attempted to contact me using an outdated phone number on the day of delivery. Horrible! Had a delivery today and left the delivery blocking half my driveway after knowing that I have other trucks delivering things.

Avoid using these guys if possible! I had a delivery scheduled for Friday Oct 4. They no called no showed. I called their cust service 800 number that evening to be told “we’re so sorry and a manager would call me Monday morning”. Well it’s Monday and no call. I called them and their representative said “is it really that big of a deal?” I hung up with that clown and called back. The next few people I spoke to were helpful.
