Avoid using these guys if possible! I had a delivery scheduled for Friday Oct 4. They no called no showed. I called their cust service 800 number that evening to be told “we’re so sorry and a manager would call me Monday morning”. Well it’s Monday and no call. I called them and their representative said “is it really that big of a deal?” I hung up with that clown and called back. The next few people I spoke to were helpful. Paid for a delivery that would arrive here on Saturday, after multiple calls and text messages telling me contradictory information, then they called and told me that my order got mixed up with another order and another truck and it wouldn’t be there till Tuesday then they called back and said they would be here on Saturday. Then they called again and told me they actually don’t work on the weekends. Very disappointing.
