Sad to write this review.... Saia is going through significant changes. Been a customer for 3 years. Paid all invoices on sight. Told that I do not qualify for payment terms due to some single report on my corporate D&B. The credit manager Grace Daigs, in Houma, LA could not even tell why they had done what they had done.
Awesome experience. Took the day off but delivery got delayed, I wanted to pick up from distribution center and they were super helpful on the phone and in person. Thank you
