AWFUL!!! Pick another delivery service if you can. They destroyed out LVP flooring when they “delivered” it. Of the 18 boxes we had shipped 17 had damage or were opened. 17 out of 18. Highly disappointed.

Saia delayed a package for 2 days, and i needed the pallet of things for the weekend. Finally drove the hour down to the warehouse (4pm), just to be told that my package was on an 18 Wheeler and the driver would not be back until 6:15pm. As to why my package was on a delivery truck and not being delivered to me is what is confusing. Saia staff in the office was not helpful, and told me to sit and wait for 2 and a half hours until the driver arrived at the warehouse. I ordered some parts for my 66 Chevy pickup. I call saia on Monday to set up for delivery on Tuesday the next day. They gave me a 8hr window, I was home all day and at 5:30pm no one had arrived. I then call the company and was told my items never made it on the truck for delivery. I was heated, I called the company and just got the run around and a bunch of I’m sorry. Multiple shipments handled by them but Freight bill came back significantly increased!! They would damage our freight and just left the goods unboxed thrown on the pallet.
