Great logistics company
Horrible, Horrible company, would not recommend!! Still disputing a freight bill that was quoted at $2,883.84 last October. They were the low bid as another carrier came in at $4,500 for the same load. Saia picked it up and reclassified it (which in the fine print they can do just like any other freight carrier) and then sent us a bill for $12,098.17. Which is completely ridiculous!! The freight came in to us at class 110 they reweighed it as we were apparently off by 25 pounds and changed the class to 200 and tacked on fees... read more
First time using this company. Talked to the office lady, she was awesome. Helped set up acct and get pickup scheduled. Will use this company again. Highly recommend Saia Freight for your heavy shipping items.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. We needed to ship something for a warranty return. Of course, we aren't a freight company, so we don't have bills of lading in our vehicles. Saia is. You would think they would be able to generate a bill of lading as part of their shipping service. Not so. When I showed up at the terminal to drop off the pallet, the guy that they had at the terminal took one look and said, "Do you have a bill of lading?"
