It is so hard to get good customer service these days. I want to brag on Joe Placker, a driver for Saia. He will absolutely go above and beyond any driver I have ever worked with. Saia has a great driver !! Thank you Joe for making my job so easy!!

This placed called told us our package would be delivered on certain date. I took off work 4 hours early to be home being as how they also couldn’t give me a good time frame, “just sometime in late afternoon.” I wait until almost 445 before calling to find out if my package was still coming. Rep tells me “oh it’ll be there sometime between 5 and 6pm”. 630 comes still no package, so I call again. Could not have been happier with the shipping and delivery service I received getting doors for our home build. The doors were massive and awkward. Joe unloaded them for us and took awesome care as to not damage them. 100% would recommend them to anyone for freight service and delivery. Thanks again!
