I had an extremely disappointing experience with Saia Freight. As a hair salon owner, I rely on timely and intact deliveries for my business. My distributor chose Saia Freight to ship a crucial order of hair color products, totaling about 13 boxes. When the shipment arrived (two hours past the promised delivery window of 9am-4pm), at least 5 boxes were damaged, open, and even leaking.
