I had an extremely disappointing experience with Saia Freight. As a hair salon owner, I rely on timely and intact deliveries for my business. My distributor chose Saia Freight to ship a crucial order of hair color products, totaling about 13 boxes. When the shipment arrived (two hours past the promised delivery window of 9am-4pm), at least 5 boxes were damaged, open, and even leaking. Update: Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Either they listened to my feedback or the devil has been banished from this side of the city. The dock is cleaner and more organized than I’ve ever seen it, and my freight is in good condition. Should I expect more of this in the future? Thanks
