Great shipping company. John's the man!
Saia delivered a pallet to the billing address instead of the delivery address. It took three phone calls and a week to get them to pick up and deliver the pallet to the correct location. They promised to call or email with an update and I never heard a darn thing. Then they sent me two bills for this delivery with two different account numbers, one for 600 and one for 1300.
