The lady who made the appointment for delivery was extremely sweet and the man who delivered my package was kind and helped me back my trailer up (second time driving a trailer). Definitely great and fast service.
SAIA lost box 1 of 2. I received box 2, that clearly states, in 2 locations, box 2 of 2. Don’t they read the labels? This is a very large expensive piece of gym Equiptment. It weights 1200 lbs! Force USA, had to send another box 1. I called, texted, emailed and got a response for awhile, then nothing!! They could not find box 1!! And finally gave up looking! Ordered furniture that included a bed from a seller and this freight company “lost the bed” also didn’t bother to call us on the delivery day to notify us that it wouldn’t be delivered. This freight company is unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible and the overall experience was trash.
