My merchandise arrived with damages clearly done by the fact that the items were moved on a multiple drop load and not properly restabilized . We wrapped the item and still the damages were very intense .worst part is that they are just saying that they will not cover the damages because there is no evidence that it was caused by them . very poor service . never again

I received a verification that my order was out for delivery on April 26, 2024. It never arrived. It is now May 2 and I still have ti no avail been able to get my shipment delivered that was purchased through Home Depot. I have contacted Home Depot and Home depot has contacted the customer service multiple times to only be told I will recieve a call by end of day to reschedule a delivery and I never recieve a call. Saia Motor Freight has lost my business in Houston Texas. I have been dealing with SAIA since 1992 when I was a manager of WO Supply, then as a partner to Service Valve & Fitting and now my company Energy Import Products. The driver we had is rude and abusive, they have lied many times about when we have been available for delivery and they constantly harass us about COD payment. We have been in business for 22 years. f you want your package missing for weeks, be given incorrect information and/or no response from customer service, and not forthcoming than this is the company for you. Mistakes happen. I am totally forgiving of that. I am not forgiving of liars or companies that aren't forthcoming. Be careful, no matter what you are told on the phone, these companies will hide behind their tariffs.
