I specifically asked for shoulders and neck shoulders calves and feet and 45 minutes of the massage was sent on my arms. I reminded The woman I wanted my neck rubbed, she lauged. The staff was very cold and unprofessional just like this environment and temperature of establishment. It was freezing and to be frankly honest I wanted to get up and leave halfway through the Massage.
