I believe I am banned from participating in research studies. You see, I had called a month after the study I participated in was done becuase I still hadnt gotten my gift card. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude. He was enjoying my frustration, and continued to provoke it with condescending and unsympathetic remarks. SAGO is a smarmy shadow of its former Schlesinger glory. I'll start by saying Schlesinger was fantastic, before being taken over by SAGO. They were robust in their subjects, fair in their payouts, had competent, responsive staff, and TIMELY in their payments. As most here have already said, they're exactly the opposite of all those now. When they say "4-6 weeks for payment," not only is that FAR from industry standard (which is typically, days, hours, or occasionally on the spot), but it's a generous claim now. I just did my first focus group with Wilkins Research here and the place was nice very and I collected my giftcard today. Did not have the long wait experience not sure if it was another research group just using their space but I had a good experience

I Hate that 20/20 switched to SAGO. Every since they switched I've had problems with My incentives. I did a AD Tracking Study on November 25,2025 and STILL am waiting on that incentive. It's bad enough when I do a Focus Group , You have to wait 23 BUSINESS DAYS, not 23 days, BUSINESS Days, that means the weekends or holidays Don't count. The last 3 Focus Groups I've done I just set the calendar to 23 Business days, then called the facility talked to someone in the Incentive Department and THEN they sent My incentive. Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff at this location. Unfortunately I was running late. The recruiter of the study assured me that they were waiting for me despite arrive 15 minutes late. When I arrived the hosts were confused, one woman in particular was very uninviting and dismissive. She didn't believe me and told me she never heard of this recruiters for the study.
