Our driver got in an accident-not his fault. Transit sent another bus to pick us up & take us back to the Transit Center. Our route could not be completed, as is understandable. However, Transit refused to reimburse anyone for the ride. I could not make my location in time when the route changed. Now, I do not have the fee to take the bus tomorrow to make up for my missed appointment today. All I need is my $1 back! It is, quite literally, our lifeline.

There are a few bus drivers that are very rude and unprofessional. This should be unacceptable for public servants to treat the public in this manner
