Honestly if they didn't have so many different services going I think their staffing problems could diminish. I have yet to meet one person that rides the "Frankenmuth Shuttle" and as far as the buses that run 7 days to the motels... Really??

The bus driver of Route 1 on 6/23/2026 Thursday decided she was NOT GOING TO STOP AT LAWNDALE AND SHATTUCK AT 2:22 PM. This put our daughter in distress because she needed to get to work. I had to leave work to get her to her job on time. For an employee to make a decision to NOT STOP BECAUSE SHE IS RUNNING BEHIND IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our daughter said the bus driver told her on another occasion that she WOULD NOT STOP IF SHE WAS RUNNING LATE, regardless if people are waiting to catch the bus. I made a complai... read more
I want to start with something positive. Most of the drivers and staff are great! Friendly and very helpful. However, the price to ride went up, they stopped running at 8:00 pm and the bus I need doesn't run on Saturday. I don't think that justifies a price hike, quite the opposite. My job doesn't like that I can't work weekends and they find ways to take it out on me. Please rethink somethings STARS.
