I want to start with something positive. Most of the drivers and staff are great! Friendly and very helpful. However, the price to ride went up, they stopped running at 8:00 pm and the bus I need doesn't run on Saturday. I don't think that justifies a price hike, quite the opposite. My job doesn't like that I can't work weekends and they find ways to take it out on me. Please rethink somethings STARS.
They don't even enforce their own rules or conduct. Everyday you have ppl on these buses using vulgar and inappropriate language. Everyday you have somebody whos not using headphones and blasting music out they phones

Not the best bus company I had to ride. The buses are dirty and smell foul. People be warned of other riders, they may not be who they seem. I had gotten on after small shopping, when the man next to me started, what I thought was friendly conversation, although you could not hear because the bus is so loud. I never heard him ask me for any money, but when I clarified after he said he thought I was going help him out, he became very rude and down right nasty.
