My family couldn’t ask for a better facility for my mother. They made her feel welcomed and part of a family. They took time to get to know her and learn her about her interests and personality traits. They were in checking on her consistently and never did we feel that she wasn’t getting what she needed. When we walked in everyone always said hello and would give updates on her before I even reached her room. They pushed her just enough to be successful. Thank you.
My mom was left to lay in bloody vomit at 2am. The administrator was able to view this and the aide telling her to not turn her light on again after watching the cameras. The aide was given a warning that if it happened again she could be disciplined. We found a new home to place her in and it took the social worker three weeks to release her file to the new place and only did so when we threatened to contact the state for neglect.
This building has a great team! Would highly recommend anyone coming to Saginaw Sr. Care - great therapy department, food is wonderful and staff are very attentive.
