Members of the public are being denied entry into the court. ADA requests for disabled seating are being denied. Records request are answered with willful non-compliance. The windowsill is not ADA compliant seating, nor is it meaningful access to the courtroom. If you appeal, even if you have proof, it will be denied. I shouldn't have to file Motions for Records Requests Compliance or Courtroom Access.
I’ve had nothing but the best experience with the people here. I had to get an extension on a ticket, and nothing but pure kindness from the clerk. The people working here are amazing.
