Saginaw city municipal court is TRASH but they are so much more than TRASH.
Resident & Home owner for 16+ years POORLY managed city departments, zoning, & policing- consistently rude and unhelpful to their own citizens. Police "citation shark" inside residential areas vs high traffic areas Major construction for years affecting residential and small businesses with no regard or consideration for safety of families. Sidewalks? Civil engineering is not well thought out- Sirens from police and trains all hours of the night. Keep in mind the city is built around railroading.
