Kathy at front desk continues to demonstrate exceptional customer service, follow through skills, and attention to detail. Male CNAs in Memory Care are truly the most compassionate caregivers I have ever met. They treat each resident and guest like family. This community is truly exceptional—beautifully maintained, warm, and filled with the most welcoming staff. I was really impressed at their support for our family celebrating our baby's first birthday. The beautiful family room and game loft was the perfect place to entertain all ages with lots of space and entertainment. The dining team went above and beyond with catering making it feel like a professional event. Maintenance set up all the tables and chairs so we could focus on decorating. Mom was so pleased and loved telling all her friends how amazing the night was. Thank you for bringing the party to her Sagewood!!
