Gail was wonderful but unfortunately everyone else in the office was extremely rude. I ran out of meds and they wouldn't refill it because i accidentally missed my previous appt. I made a new appt immediately and Gail had told me previously she would refill it for me if needed but the front desk was so rude and wouldn’t even check. I never write reviews but this place genuinely made me feel awful.
This place is Substandard. I have been a patient here since February for medication management. My first provider had very poor communication skills and did not follow standard prescription practices. She was abruptly removed one day and I had a new provider. I have no qualms with my second provider but what I do have a big problem with is that I was on vacation and missed an appointment and forgot to let them know in advance so I was charged a $150.00 late fee, seems like a lot of money but whatever that's fine, and then wh... read more
Sage wellness changed my life’s trajectory for the better. I am eternally grateful to be working with Brian. He is an amazing person and phenomenal therapist. He has a warm and friendly personality, great listener, attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive…and I will say exactly the same thing about Jamie who is an amazing person and phenomenal therapist as well.
