I’ve been coming here for various RMT needs and occasional chiro adjustments for over 10 years. Wonderful staff who genuinely care. I almost moved out of the neighborhood once and this was a factor in my staying! Edit to add: I’ve also started seeing Carolyn for osteo and Lailee for acupuncture and have only glowing reviews. 😊
Very noisy. Very loud. Construction going on at this clinic's first floor. What should have been a rare moment of relaxation ended up the worst experience ever. Young owner full of attitudes. Therapist was very impatient and rude. I had to verbally say no to some things,... LOL. Well I guess how anybody working in this environment would eventually be.... I should have read recent reviews and done my own research before deciding to come.
I recently had a massage there, Eric made the experience very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend.
An RMT violated a client and management did nothing at all. Women and non-binary people, look elsewhere for a massage, this place isn't safe
I was a client of this clinic for over two years. After raising concerns about my treatment, I discovered that I could no longer book appointments — with no notice or explanation. The abrupt end to a long-term therapeutic relationship was extremely upsetting. There was no discussion or opportunity for transition of care.
