I had a great experience with Taylor he is very knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he's super engaged and even demonstrated some self massage techniques that have definitely helped!
My experience made me regret so much for having even used my true personal info. I'm not free to share my story here or it will get de-lited again. The therapist behaved inappropriately with me during my treatment session. When I report this issue to the lady owner, unbelievable! Incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Massage was very thorough and provided me stretches so I can get back into activities. I also appreciate how involved they are in the Centretown community.
I’ve been coming here for various RMT needs and occasional chiro adjustments for over 10 years. Wonderful staff who genuinely care. I almost moved out of the neighborhood once and this was a factor in my staying! Edit to add: I’ve also started seeing Carolyn for osteo and Lailee for acupuncture and have only glowing reviews. 😊
