My parents moved into Sage Valley last fall. The staff was very welcoming and rolled out the red carpet, literally and figuratively. Once they were settled, Lamonica came in and spent some time getting to know them and where they came from. She was so friendly. Within a few months, my stepfather was facing his final illness. Alicia, Lamonica, and the caregiving staff were amazing. My mom has been in Memory Care here since June 2024. The facility is clean and bright; mom especially loves the outdoor space. There have been staff turnovers since she arrived, but the staff currently there are wonderful and caring and have worked to get to know mom well.
