Disappointing Spa, Great Hotel I mentioned this on my hotel review, but wanted to review the spa on is own since the experience was so different. I believe the spa credit on the hotel room is a gimic to keep the spa in business, which is why you might get called and feel pressured to book something. If you choose to book, you should know they have forced included gratuity on the bill- so you end up paying the full value of what the service is probably worth (if it were good). Had an Essential Massage and Shannon was amazing . Best massage that I can remember and the hot springs were great
Wow, if you are traveling w your dog do not stay here. They put us in a dungeon room with no daylight and charged us 700$ for two nights the room was right out of a serial killer story. The breakfast included was great the restaurant staff were really nice . Stay away from this rip off joint.
Spa and pool very nice. Rooms really need updated. Small and very outdated.
