I have been taking workshops with Crystal for the last year which include sound healing, reiki/sound healing, forest bathing and voice meditation. I've also done an individual reiki session with her. Amazing! My husband and I had our first sound healing session with Crystal and it was such a moving experience; emotionally, mentally, and physically. We both haven’t felt euphoric relaxation like that in a very long time. It was such a beautiful experience and we will definitely be going for a second.
What a restoring and grounding experience! I suffer from chronic illnesses and I am always on the hunt for restorative and healing therapies because they are key in managing my stress and pain.
