I have been collaborating with Crystal from Sage & Sound this past year, and not only have we had wonderful fun but working with Crystal has brought me so much joy. She offers a beautiful experience in the forest baths and walking meditations, that have been a wonderful addition to my art journaling workshops. I have been taking workshops with Crystal for the last year which include sound healing, reiki/sound healing, forest bathing and voice meditation. I've also done an individual reiki session with her. Crystal is a gifted healer and what she does is not just her work, it's clearly her vocation. Amazing! My husband and I had our first sound healing session with Crystal and it was such a moving experience; emotionally, mentally, and physically. We both haven’t felt euphoric relaxation like that in a very long time. It was such a beautiful experience and we will definitely be going for a second.
What a restoring and grounding experience! I suffer from chronic illnesses and I am always on the hunt for restorative and healing therapies because they are key in managing my stress and pain. I have been so lucky to over this past year to attend the Group Sound Healings, Reiki Infused Sound Baths, and Reiki Level 1 Training all led by Crystal. She has been truly incredible on all fronts and I would recommend any of her services! From the moment I walked into the space she has always made me feel super comfortable and is always open for any questions you could have. The community that she has built and is continuing to foster is amazing and it truly feels like a safe space🤍
