Sage 50 has the same poor functionality simply accounting did 20 years ago with limited increased usefulness. I suspect Homer Simpson may have been engaged to do the development on this platform for the last 15-20 years. Nothing notable has been done to improve functionality. Their forms have a substantial amount of glitches, which renders them useless for some users.

Signed up for a free trial and cancelled as it was not for me, yet i was still charged. Try to contact support without success.

This company cold calls my office every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. I have told them over and over to stop calling, we are not interested in their services and to take us off of their call list. They then continue to call back the next day with the same stupid spiel.

DON'T ever sign up for auto renewals they will keep charging you even when you cancelled your subscription! Sage charged my credit card $1,584.80 even though I cancelled my account on the phone with them over 2-years ago. I have called them numerous times over the past few days to resolve the issue, but no one has been able to deal with it. They have hung up on me, told me to call numbers that are for the USA rather than Canada and constantly say the person who needs to deal with it is gone home for the day. They acknowledge... read more
