From the very beginning Denise and the staff were so welcoming and so very helpful. I can sleep at night knowing my mom is in good hands.
This community is great. It is small and clean. The residence and staff feel like family.

The employees at Sage Meadow of Racine aren’t just a staff, they are family. Everyone is courteous, friendly and make my dad’s living experience a fun-loving place to be and provide top-notch care. Living almost 6 hours away, I know that I don’t have to worry about him or the care he is receiving. I highly recommend contacting the facility if you have a loved one in need of assisted living. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for my father.
This assisted living is a nice size. Not so big your loved one gets overlooked. Great location, friendly staff.
