I have been wanting to write this much deserved review for a long time now. Last year, I was heartbroken when I came to the conclusion that my mother needed supportive care, for a very serious medical condition, that I could no longer give on my own. Please go anywhere else but this place. Having to schedule an appointment to see my love one is always suspicious.

I am very disappointed that it was felt to be OK to not only deny giving a resident and their family THEIR paperwork to move out but to be so rude and unprofessional to all that were involved in the care of this very special individual. You hurt people by your actions today and there is no excuse. I have served in this industry for over 25 years and you showed your true colors and intentions today. I will not be recommending your services.
