Tense and Uncomfortable! Every time I go in I hope Vicki is there to offer assistance. I find the other lady (One with long dark hair) is rude, aggressive and condescending. If I don't agree with what she feels is the "right way" she is quick to critisize. She often reminds me of her credentials and is quick to debate. I will get my supplements from Whole Foods from now on even though it's a 20 mile round trip. It's just not worth going in and feeling tense and uncomfortable.
Customer service? The store is filled with natural solutions to many problems and concerns however there is nothing there that I cannot get online. I dont plan on ever shopping there again. I went in for a solution to a problem for one of my children and was told that they would be with me in a minute. After 10 minutes of waiting while my children played quietly on the floor with the leggos they had for that reason. Best Health Center This is the best little herb and vitamin store around. You have to go there for all your health needs. the owners are so friendly and boy are they knowledgeable. I had an incision that wouldn't heal for six months and all my dr. would say "it'll heal", well it was not and they recommended this awesome salve and it began to heal in 2 days by the end of the week only a tiny spot remained and now its like I never had anything wrong.Oh, and by the way they actually have Medical Licensing one is an RN, LMT, CNC... read more
Theresa L The best place to go for help. Both owners are very knowledgeable and helpful and are eager to answer any question you might have. This store has everything you need and if they don't will order it for you or tell you were you might be able to pick it up.
Scary Manager I have been in this place a few times and EVERY time I enter the store the manager is on you. She is never more than 6 inches from you the whole time you are looking around. Yuck.
Health foods & Supplements This is a reasonably priced health food and vitamin shop. There is a good variety of supplements and very knowledgeable employees. There are even massage and acupuncture services. You can always get help here from the friendly staff. I recommend it to all who are seeking nutrition. Check out the website. It is very informative.
