The massage therapists here are great and the place is clean. But I recently found out that the massage therapists don’t get the tip that you give when you pay with the machine. When you pay, the machine always prompts you for a tip, which is fine since I assumed the tip would 100% go to the therapist. Apparently the tip goes to “management” and the therapists don’t even see it. This is very dishonest and misleading. I don’t even know if this is even legal.
